On-camera TikTok Content Creator — MultiMoney, San Salvador

The assignment

This full-time, on-site role covers the whole short-form video process: finding ideas, shaping scripts, filming, editing and publishing content that fits the company’s communication goals.

You will appear in the videos yourself, speak naturally to viewers and adapt relevant sounds, trends and formats without losing the brand’s voice.

The team also expects you to review reach, engagement and other performance indicators so each new series of videos builds on what audiences respond to.

Experience creating content for TikTok or Instagram, a strong screen presence and practical editing skills with tools such as CapCut or Canva are valuable.

The position suits someone who can turn a concept into a clear, lively video and collaborate with a marketing team in a fast-moving social environment.

How to apply

Send an up-to-date CV to MultiMoney’s recruitment contact. Highlight your short-form video experience, on-camera presentation skills and the editing tools you use; include links to relevant work if available.
